Nice apartments- Not so nice management/staff

The apartments here are asthetically pleasing and spacious, but it is hard to enjoy an apartment complex that is run by people with poor people skills and very cold personalities. Almost every time I had contact with leasing office staff, I was disgusted with their unfriendly, nasty attitudes and lack of help. I would rather live in a not-so-nice apartment run by professional, kind people that put up with the staff here. I would not recommend anyone renting an apartment at Walnut Crossing, or any other Klein Company property for that matter.
