The apartments are nice overall.
It is convient to have the pool and the fitness center to enjoy.
The maintenace guys are fantastic !
A few of the older residents are diffucult to get along with and often complain to the leasing office about trivial things.
The disposal of trash is a diaster. There is one central trash dump with a large metal door that is difficult to hold open,,,its hard tothrow the trash into because it is high up and the heavy metal ddor can really hurt you. AT the end of the weekend the trash dump is overflowing and often impossibe to reach without risking life and limb and is a major smelly eyesore !
I think that the rents are high considering the buildings are not as new as some in the surrounding areawith cheaper rents.
