Wonderful Experience - We recently moved out of Chestnut Pointe, because we bought a house. We lived in the apartment almost 2 years. Inside very comfortable but don't go outside I have been a tenant for almost two years. Apartments are very nice but ouside maintenance (particularly landscaping) is the worst I have seen. Too many and too large dogs are allowed for a complex with limited open space. Animal droppings are not

Really nice apartments for the price. I lived there for 2 years and only moved because of my job. The fitness area was great (even though I didn't use it as much as I should have), and the pool was perfect in the summer.
The staff seemed to really care about us tenants, and maintenance

The Galman Group is horrible Spruce Court apartments was a wonderful place to live until the Galman Group took over. They've replace washers and dryers that didn't need to be replaced, jacked up the prices, then the "new" washer broke the next week. They send hypocritical
