Maintenance problems go unresolved despite repeated requests. Water would stream, not drip, whenever the tenant upstairs took a shower. Eventually ceiling started to fall down, I had waterbugs everywhere. This went on for months on end before I finally gave notice.

Tenants who desire snow removal in winter had better bring their own shovels.
