Not well maintained

Years at this apartment: 1993-01-01 - 2005-01-01

Maintenance problems go unresolved despite repeated requests.

Water would stream, not drip, whenever the tenant upstairs took a shower.

Eventually ceiling started to fall down, I had waterbugs everywhere.

This went on for months on end before I finally gave notice.

Elevator was also often out of service.

Tenants who desire snow removal in winter had better bring their own shovels.
