This is the worst place I have ever lived. I have mice, bugs, little to no heat, and VERY noisy people above me. The washers are always flooded, there is a leak above my storage unit so there is water dripping on my things. Maintenace man was "fired" so they say (he never did anything anyway). I have complained, left messages, sent certified letter, faxes, etc. Property manager does not care! She is not living in this filth so why would she. The only person that would get anything done for us is no longer working for ARO. I can't say I blame her. It's a total dump. Parking lot is a sheet of ice when it snows. Plows come through once every three days. They guarantee on their website that owners will come to your rescue if your complaint is not answered. I've been waiting almost 2 months to get rid of the mice holes. I'm not holding my breath! Can't wait until my lease is up in 4 months. Oh, and the parking lot -- there are used condoms, what looks like little green drug baggies, empty beer bottles and cans, trash, trash, and more trash. And I mean the people too. Complete trash. The hallways smell, the elevator smells, people smoke in the laundry room so your clean clothes in the dryer smell too. Total trash with no respect. People will remove your clothes from the dryer and drop them on the wet flooded floor. It's disgusting. The other day I was in the basement doing laundry, and the new neighbor above comes running through the hallway with a dog on a leash...ok, when were pets allowed' I had to listen to a dog in the end unit on my floor bark for months until I think it finally ran away. You would not believe what a dump this place is. Drive by and check it out. Just don't ever sign a lease for this place.
