AFTER CALLING AND NICELY ASKING FOR FORMS THE WOMAN KEPT SAYING 'I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WANT'.

I WANT THE FLIPPIN' FORMS THAT I ASKED FOR REPEATEDLY.

SHE WAS A HAIR FROM RETARDATION AND RUDE TO BOOT.

AOR REALLY NEEDS TO CHECK WHO REPRESENTS THEM ON A DAILY BASIS.

I'D BE ASHAMED AND DISGUSTED IF SHE WERE REPRESENTING ME.
