Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I lived at Laurel Manor for three years from 1999 to 2002. When I took residency, my apartment was freshly renovated with new appliances, carpeting, etc. I never had an infestation problem. Anytime I called the management office, they were always responsive (especially Lori). The maintenance staff was always courteous and consistently met or exceeded my expectations (especially Jim). I felt truly at home at Laurel Manor and my reasons for moving had nothing to do with any dissatisfaction on my part. I would definitely live there again.
