i have been living in laurel manor for over two years and going on my third year. I have yet to have any problem but the parking. Usually you will get buggs if you leave your doors open or leave the food on the floor in the kitchen. They do show you the apartment that you would live in. I think it is a wonderful place to live for anyone and their kids.
