Appartments ok, but it's their business, not your home

We had mixed feelings. The apartments are generally ok, nicely laid out etc. The quality is not great though.
At first there were maintenance problems, but this improved dramatically when the maintenance person was changed.
The biggest problem is the management. Lori is friendly enough, but totally unreliable. Don't trust a thing that she says (unless she says that it will cost you money). Her job is to make money out of you, nothing more. (The other staff, especially maintenance, are great). Watch your rents go up as she sees fit (15% last year!)
