Laurel Manor is an okay place to live. The units were remodeled two years ago and they looked great at first. Since the workers doing the remodeling did everything so cheaply, the apartments are now deteriorating. Our walls and ceilings are cracking, and the leasing office is less responsive to our needs than they were when we first moved in. Once you resign your lease for the second year, the level of customer service really declines. Generally, Laurel Manor is overpriced, and they continue to charge insane amounts for their apartments, simply because they can.
