My biggest complaint about living here was the noise. The walls are so thin I could hear everyone around me and someone complained my TV was too loud when it was only 7:30pm. The poor insulation made it uncomfortable in the summer and too cold in the winter. My unit got infested by bugs and they said it was due to the heavy rains. Maintenance for me was pretty responsive but I think you can do better if you look around for the same price range. I am surprised at how much they raised the rent since I lived there.
