We moved here in the summer and it seemed very nice and well kept, and it was for about the first 2 months. Since August we have had nothing but problems with new uncivilized neighbors, trash all over, crime, noise, pests, rodents, and an endless list of problems with the apartment from heating, leaky roofs, and various other problems and the management just doesn?t seem to care!!! Dont let the flowers and gazebo fool you, its a glorified overpriced project, especially if you live on the side of the tracks away from the office. My best advice is to look elsewhere unless your some sort of low-life looking for an easy commute to the city. Oh yea the non stop screaming unattended children all day from dusk to dawn is a nice touch as well. Finally the management will listen to all of your concerns with open ears and a smile and do nothing about it while raising rent and changing the utilites included in the lease, or turn your problem around on you and say its your fault which makes no sense what so ever. Stay Away!!!
