This is one of the cheapest places in this area to rent...but like the saying "you get what you pay for"
The biggest problem is the office staff. Arrogant, backstabbing and how they ever manage to keep their jobs is beyond me!!
I feel the second biggest problem is that they really do not screen these people that they are allowing in here to rent. What are the requirements now to live here''' This place has gotten trashy!! They tell you that you must have a parking permit to park in here. Thats great but they really need to check out the cars that have been sitting idle for too long. There are cars sitting (with parking permits) that have dead inspection and registration up to a year ago. There are even ones with flat tires that you can see have been sitting here for awhile. What is this place turning into..a junk yard' These idle cars make great hiding places for unwanted critters. The walls in the apartments have cracks in them. If you reside here make sure you have renters insurance because some of the walls and ceilings look like they could go at any time. Does it get fixed'' NO...maybe its because the manager gets a bonus when she doesn't go over the allowed amount of money to perform maitenance. That would be interesting to find out if its true. It would explain alot of the problems that go unfixed.
You sign and agree to a lease...there are rules and regulations that you need to follow but don't worry they won't enforce it. Trashy, dirty disgusting...if you come here make sure you check all the areas...take the time to walk around. Parking is TERRIBLE...there are apartments here that have more the one family in them and they have up to 4 cars which takes up all the parking in your area. So glad my lease finally ended.
