I've been here six months, and once again am revising my review. I was a bit concerned over the reviews I read here, but I went ahead and signed a lease. The apartments are decent - spacious, nice carpeting. But the closets stink, like mold. I've left the closet doors open ever since I moved in. The grounds are clean, although there is the occassional fast food drink or bag in the parking lot. There are kid toys left in the courtyards. And, there's a huge pile of cut wood in our courtyard. It's been there since I looked at the apartments back in May. What's up with that'

I've also seen two cockroaches now in my apartment - one on the bathroom floor, and one on my kitchen floor. I'm not a dirty person, so this is unacceptable. I suppose it comes with "city" living, but NO THANKS!

The laundry facilities... There are three washers and three dryers in the basement for our side of the building. Should be more.

The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but it's seems safe. The apartments are right next to the Septa line (good for transportation, bad for noise), and a very dangerous intersection (two roads and the train tracks).

However, the staff is professional, and they accommodated an after-hours move-in for me.

There is a YMCA right down the street, a Catholic church, and lots of shopping just a mile away on the Baltimore Pike. There's also a nice park up the street, but you'd have to cross that crazy intersection to get there, without sidewalks -- so you can't really walk there.

Overall, though, I suppose you get what you pay for. I initially posted this after only being here a month, and have twice edited my review to include more details. In summary, the buildings are okay.
