Keep in mind the last 2 comments. One has been there only a month **GIVE IT TIME**. The other moved.. meaning they let them out of their lease because they couldn't pay the rent. That wasn't to help the renter that was to help management. Less paperwork to just let the renter go then to have someone legally evicted. No red tape involved and everyone is happy.
The comment from the person about they only been there a month. When we first moved in it was the same way. They would bend over backwards to make sure everything was ok but give it time and you will see the difference once you are there for some time.
Management has to read these. Where are the owners and why don't they check up on things like this and to investigate whats going on if this many people were unhappy with their living experience.
You drive by there now on a nice evening and you have GANGS of kids/young adults loitering around the buildings. There has been rumors that there has been recent drug activity in there. Nice neighborhood''
