Like the other reviewers, I had a mixed experience here. I thought the management and maintenance were responsive - but the walls were paper thin (I heard everything, including my neighbor's answering machine at 3 am) and my unit had two mice infestations in two years. Parking spots were not assigned so getting a spot near your unit was often a problem if your neighbors had visitors or a lot of train commuters were illegally using the complex's parking spaces. The laundry facilities were a little scary and one dryer in my building was broken the entire two years I lived there.
