I don't think I can count any good points about these apartments except that these are right on the Secane train station. The quality of apartments are very poor as this is very old construction and they don't have enough space. Carpets are of the lowest possible quality and they almost never change them and be ready to get the alleries from carpet fibers. The heating is very poor, you must buy some heaters befor moving in. If living on groud floor, you will enjoy the company of slugs, mice and other loveable bugs. By and large, the staff is not bad, they atleast try to fix the things you have complained about. The floor is very fragile and it shakes even your kid move on it. You can even hear neighbors talking living adjacent to you.

Most eveyone here has a mice & roach prob. Poorly built, over priced roach motel at best!!!! Staff talks a good game & stalls you with repairs. They take care of small, cheap repairs. Major repairs, you are on your own!!!!!!!! Heaven help you if something major goes wrong here. You will be on your own.
