My family and I lived there for just a little over a year. The management then was good. At some point this lady "Laurie" took over and things became bad real quick. They would fix things within the unit. However, the issue was everything fell apart. Our first week my wife's leg fell through the floor in the bathroom as she was stepping into the shower. We had a serious leak above the patio doors. I rained into out unit like we were outside. This problem continued for a really long time. From the first moment in the unit sinks cloged up right away and needed to be snaked all the time. I could not tell you how many times they would turn of the main water feed to the whole complex and not notify anyone in advance. That would always happen for me in the middle of a shower before work. The water bugs and roaches were there from the start and they could not be controlled at all. That was the worst thing of all. My wife would keep her shoes near the bed so not to step on them in the middle of the night. After our first year (we were leaving anyway like everyone else) The rent increase was $35.00. That is the limit alowed by PA. law. Laural Manor profits on people from other areas whom do not know.....Please be careful!!

Flop house, roach den, pest house, take your pick. Hope you tired to sue the rat lord who I understand is a fat cat multi-millionaire!!!! He lokks down on his renters. In his GREEDY eyes, they are poor slobs who make him richer$$$$$$$$
