Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Rental office was cleared out and new rental manager is now here. Things have started to improve. Called to have 2 things fixed and they were at my door within the hour and actually fixed them. Looks like this place is hopefully in for some good changes. Once Spring comes around it will be nice to see if they start enforcing tenants to clean up their messy balconies and patios. Just renewed lease and rent was NOT increased. Hope new manager works on the parking problem in here. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
