New mangement came in like a whirlwind promising to make this a better place to live. The first 6 months were starting to look better and it seems like this past 6 months things have gone downhill and very fast. The grounds are horrible. Trash everywhere. Promises are made to fix things and nothing is done. It seems like there is no organization with the office and maitanence staff. Junky, trashy and really starting to look ghetto. Management really needs to come out of their office and drive through the complex a couple times a week and see for themselves.

Fast turning into a ghetto slum. Residents are becoming trashy & dirty. These low life residents leave litter all over. And big problem is LAZY grounds crew is on break most of the time it appears. We don't see them taking care of the place like they once did. All they want is your rent check here. Absentee SLUM lord is laughing all the way to the bank I am sure!!! Laurel Manor is Litter Manor or should I say Lousy Manor!!! Avoid this place if you can help it!
