Yes, it's trashy, the walls are paper thin, and the roaches are getting bigger. The exterminator has visited and told me that there's no evidence of pests.....so why am I finding roaches every week' The walls are peeling, the carpet is old and ragged, and the exterior is falling apart. The layout of the apartments are great and you get a lot of space for your money, but in terms of quality, you really do get what you pay for.

Get what you pay for you say? Give me a break! You pay over $700 mo. for a 1 BR here you basically you get a little for A LOT! Did the mgt. tell you they are not roaches only water bugs! YEAH RIGHT!!!! Another snow job! A nice place to visit but you don't want to live here. Lisa from Lorado
