LM promises to cash your rent check promptly and stall you with repairs. IF you dare be late with your rent you get hit with a rent fee. Yet, they can put off much needed repairs til ...whenever!!!!!
If still interested, demand to see the actual unit you planto occupy and not their spiffy sample office unit as they tell you all units are exactly alike! Yeah right!!! Some are badly in need of repairs with leaky roof, etc.
Remember, they wil be your friend until the ink dries on the lease...then they will turn the screws to you. Don't say we didn't tell you. Do yourself a favor and try elsewhere!!!

Yes, they keep their promise. They will cash your rent check in a heartbeat. Do don't be late with it now! Jewish landlord need to live real large!!!!!
