Previous comments are right on the money. Repairs are done whenever they feel like doing them. The trash laying around is horrible. Why pay that company to come in and do the landscaping when you can't see it under all the trash that is laying around. This place is good if you rely on the train for transportation. The rent went up the most it has since I have been here but the quality and service has gone downhill. I really hope these poeple get their acts together. Tenants balconies are trashy and hideous looking. They say they don't allow dogs but there are a few people in here with large dogs so watch where you walk if you go out.

Thanks for telling it like it is! They keep raising the rent & the service keeps going down. The new grounds crew is LAZY & need to get their act together!
