The maintenance guy who drives the really cool red Oldsmobile and wears the fitted Nike hat, is the nicest, smartest, strongest, coolest most knowledgable maintenance man I have ever met. I don't know what their paying this guy but its not enough. He should quit this job and go be a model or astronaut or something. This guy brings a hole new meaning to maintenance MAN. We really are the luckest tenets.

Just wanted to take the time to respond to some of the other residents comments regarding the office staff and maintenance of Laurel Manor Apartments. The office staff has always been accomadating and courteous, maintenace has always been there for me when I needed them. I read one fo the complaints that someone cleaned there own rugs. I called the office and they put me on the list and within 2 weeks my rugs were cleaned at there expense not mine. If you take the time to call they will do what ever they can for you. I personally never had a bad experience. They have alot of apartments and people to deal with on a daily basis it would be impossible for you to keep everyone happy, I too deal with the public everyday it is not easy. Love Living at Laurel Manor!!!

Excuse me, but I call them on almost a daily basis about things and things still don't get fixed. Your comment is a load of crap. I take too much time out of my days trying to get a hold of them, leaving messages and waiting for them never to call back or not fix problems. Come over to my place and play with the roaches and see how much you like it. Maybe you can dine with them at the table.

Brian who drives the red olds is a COOL guy but he better not quite to become a model or astronaut. He drives that OLD olds because the rich --- who owns this roach motel doesn't pay him much! Hope he gets a better $$$ real soon. He is one of the better people here! See the mgmt writes the commemts here! So obvious!!! Matt awesome?? Guess he wrote that one. One weird dude at best on a good day who can't even say hello! Is he an ex-con does anyone know? Or maybe a former carnie?? Did his neck tat. hurt?? He does have the master key to get in your apt! Pleasant dreams!!!! THey clean carpets for you?? Yeah right! Can't even get them for repairs half the time! Dining with the roaches! When can I come over & join you at your roach express?? LUCKEST tenets are the ones who can move out of here and escape the mice and roaches!!!!!!!!! Luckier yet, are those who don't have to live here in the first palce. Why don't they just get an Indian embassy sub station here and fly their flag in honor of colonialization. At least the air here does not have the stench that you would find in the streets of Calcutta. Now that is a step up, don't you think?
