What a terrible place! There are mice running around and the mouse patrol is a joke. After I called them five times, a guy showed up and put down 2 mouse traps, asking me to be patient. Come one, it is not working. You can go to buy the cheap traps in Homedepot, why do you need a professional if they are doing what you can do' Then when I camplained, the lady (Sonya is her name) got really nasty: she would not listen to my complain and she was howling!
Not talking about the bugs, ants and all kinds of insects we have here in Laurel Manor. If you a dirty person and you don't care about all these animals living with you, please come and here is you best chioce. Otherwise, don't be fool by their price and all the nice things they will say to you before you sign the comtract! I am definitely out here next year. What a nightmare!

I have been here going on six years and never once have I seen a mouse. I have occasional ants but that is because I sometimes miss something on the floor that my kids dropped. I have never been infested with bugs or mice like most people complain about. Maybe I keep my area clean????? Squirells is another story but hey maybe if the people that feel the need to throw food out to them thinking they are hungry would just stop doing that it may take care of all the unwanted pests. Oh and if you take a look at the people that have a problem putting their garbage into the dumpster and it lays around on the ground heck if they stopped maybe that might help too. What I am getting at is that when you have a close community like this is and may 1/3 of the tenants don't keep their trash and nastiness off the ground and they would quit feeding the squirrels alot of these problems would go away. Blame the management?? I don't think so when its your neighbors that have no regard for their space let along anyone elses.

I keep my home very neat and clean and still have mice, roaches, water bugs, etc. I have an infant and am trying to move outta this rotten place because I fear for her health and safety. I have bug traps and roach bait traps all over. Luckily she has stayed away from them thus far, but I'm sure that will change shortly. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your home if your neighbors are filthy. I know for a fact (from the laurel manor staff) that my neighbors have food lying around and whatever else. Please keep your home clean so that others don't get pests. I don't care if it doesn't bother you, try to be considerate of others. Don't live here if you have a choice. Pay the extra money and live somewhere better.

Could not agree more about mice motel & roach motel. Yes, some people don't get them others get wacked bad! If you feel lucky, take a chance, but fair warning: MICE & ROACHES are very common here! Agree too with orig. posting about office gal howling. Yes, don't let her good looks fool you. She turns on the bitchfrom 0 to 60 in no time if you tell her somthing that she doesn't want to here. Seems to be a good company person & wonder if she is related to the miserable, cheap bunch of non christian supe rich $$$ who own this miserable heap!

I agree! The younger office gal can get real withcy with a "b" if you tell her something she does not want to hear-LIKE THE TRUTH about mice, roaches, etc. The bottom line is that this seedy palce is a roach den to be avoided or you will pay the price $$$ & suffer too!!!!
