I see alot of comments about mice and bugs but have never really had a problem and I have lived here for seven years. The staff does try to help but when the people living here dont care what do you expect. If you have a problem call, I know people that have problems and try to take care of it themselves call leave it to the professionals it will work give it a shot.

For the umpteenth time...the people complaining here DO take good care of their apartments, including me. We keep them clean. Then why, mr. long time resident, am I getting roaches and mice continuously? I keep NO food out. Everything is in my fridge or packed in plastic tupperware containers. I vacuum 3 times a day. Yet, I still have problems. I call the office almost daily and they do nothing. They got a new exterminator that's supposed to be so wonderful, but he's never here. He's supposed to treat every single apartment monthly, but I haven't seen him in 3 months. I have to call him personally if I have a problem, then he does come out, but what happened to his monthly visits? This place is crap and I'm outta here. I'm breaking my lease. I kept notes on everything so I have proof of them not taking care of business. They don't hold up their part of the lease, so why should I? Rotten, rotten place. Don't live here.

My sentiments exactly! You hit the nail on the head there bubby! THis is a long time problem that goes way back that just snowballed. THe cheapskate owners will not hire orkin as they cost to much so he gets these cheapo extermos who do crappy work & make the problem even worse as pests go from one place to another like a livewire. The healh dept should get wind of this flpo house & hit the ratlord owner right where it hurts in his big fat $$$$$

I've lived her for almost a year and only saw one roach but have seen crickets & centipedes. I'm on the 1st floor so crickets are unavoidable. It IS true that the squeaky wheel gets the grease - and you DO have to ask for services that you would think would be automatically done. LM isn't the best but it isn't the worst I've seen.
