Ever since the new managers came in...this place has gone down hill FAST. Garbage everywhere, smelly unsanitary laundry facilities, druggie tenants, no place to park, and the list goes on, not to mention the out-dated decor. Rent went up too!
The people living here are discusting anymore. It used to be nice families...now it's all well-fare trash that don't respect their fellow tenants or the property.
I don't feel safe here anymore, and it is now such an embarressment...I either don't tell people I live here...or I just never invite anyone here to visit.
Don't move here! I surely can't wait to get out!

That's a shame. Visited a freind who lived there about a yr. ago. Friend had a rodent & roach problem that mgmt did little to fix. People seemed OK then. A lot of Indian folks who were prof. & would not bother you unlike the ghetto scum bag kind if you know what I mean. But if the druggies are coming, you beter get out while you can. Next thing those low-lifes will start doing the car break in thing, not to mention constant fighting @ 3am while you are trying to sleep. I blame the absentee rat lord who owns this heap. That GREEDY bas#$%^ only want YOUR $$$ & put the bare minimum in the place with upkeep. It COULD be a much nicer place but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, rat lord is just milking it. I hope the city & health dept get after this place to clean up its act. LOL dealing with the riff-raff element there!!!!!!!!! Rmember, if it gets to be too much call 911 and let them know waht is going on!!!!!!

Thank u everyone who "kept it real" in regards to their comments about the living conditions of Laurel Manor. I am looking for a new apartment and was interested in Laurel Manor b/c of 1) the low rent, 2) the beautiful pics online and 3) the location. But after reading about the rodent & insect problem (among other things)I plan to trash my application and look elsewhere. THANKS!

Of course we are going to give it to you stright. We are not getting paid by the rat lord so why should we lie! don't fall for those sweetie pie online or brochure pics. They are all staged to draw you in. Come visit & see for yourself. Better homes & garden OR bigger ghetto & rubbish? You be the judge! Walk around the place, check out the laundry & trash area look for litter & obvoius signs of neglect. Then..you decide if you want to live there. LOL!!!

Nothing like getting woken up in the middle of the night to loud people outside. Then to look out the window and see someone rolling a joint and smoking it in front of your baby's bedroom. Just what I want, my baby to inhale pot. Thanks jerk-asses.

I have been looking to leave Drexel Woods (down the street) for the same reasons - apparently it's a Providence Rd problem all together! Thanks for the warnings. Guess I'll keep looking...

I live here and I am a welfare caseworker. Not even a family of five could afford to live in these apartments on the money they get from assistance. My only neighbors are families. Mostly -------, a few black, a few white. The neighbors aren't a problem. It's the management. and the paying 925 for a two bedroom to rent this dump.
