Hey renters & apt. searchers,

Springtime is coming up at Laurel bad manners! The cheapskate landlord corp. who owns this dump used to encourage renters to fix up the outside by planting & gardening around their apt in the hopes of getting a voucher toward next month's rent. Weren't they shrewd! You pay of it, you fix up what they should be doing all along! I think they may have not stopped this BOGUS practice!

For spring, these ratlords should offer the tenant who catches the most mice as the newly CROWNED MOUSE KING & MOUSE QUEEN of LAUREL BAD MANNERS APTS!!!

First prize can be a BIG stack of sticky mouse traps or immediate response extermination for a month! What do you think folks, will this fly with the RAT LORDS who own this heap''''''''''

When are they going to treat their MOLDY basement which is the so-called laundry room I thought the PA health dept closes down apts when the mold gets real bad!!! Basement mold can be potential for a major health prob!

Howard, Since you no longer have Anna Niccole to wine & dine you & pick up the tab, why not take these rotten rat lords to court for all us tenants?????? SUE THEM FOR US HOWARD!!!!!!

Yes, I'm pretty annoyed w/ this place myself... I live above scumbaggs w/ 3 kids in their unit who have no problems lighting up a cigarette or joint w/o a second thought as to how it affects their kids or anyone else. I hate having family & friends over because the moment you open the front door the smoke stench hits you right on the face. Not to mention, at times they partake of their nasty habit in the bathroom & the smoke comes right up into my bathroom & smaller bedroom, I have had to move my baby into the larger bedroom because I'm scared to death of her inhaling smoke. I go through atleast 2 can of spray per weak ( & I DON'T USE THE CHEAP STUFF!!!) & have become almost obsessive about cleaning. I tried speaking to the couple about this & that hasn't helped, but I guess you can't expect people who don't care about their own kids to care about yours. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ABOUT THE OTHER NEIGHBORS & THE LAUNDRY ROOM & THE GROUNDS & THE BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!

How stupid do you have to be to smoke today considering all you ever hear how bad it is for you! Don't EVER underestimate the stupidity of the avg. person today. If you don't believe me, why do you think brainless bush lite got elected TWICE!!!! Lots of STUPID people out there! Yes, cig. smoke comes right up the vents, so ideally it would be good to find out if the person below you smokes BEFORE you move in! Yep, agree LM has been attracting some real lw lives there lately who will be YOUR SCUM BAG neighbors if you move in this heap!
