Hey, I live in Laurel Manor currently, and I have to admit... it is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The new landlord is retarded and the maintaince is really poor. Ther barely mow the lawn once a month!! There are holes in the grass everywhere, its not watered, and you can barely walk in some parts of the ground without falling down. And if you want speedy maintaince the maintaince people come about 3 months after you complain. The old landlord, Laurie, was better than this scumbag, who had all the trees cut in the apartment except for the few in the middle, and now the whole place looks empty and lifeless. People also park on the street (North Ave.) so its really hard to see if a car is coming or not when you are leaving the apartments. And I have neighbors in 44b who are always yelling and swearing at each other, and all in front of their 4 year old kid. You can hear them screaming at times from all the way across the apartments. So please, if you are planning to live here just for the sheer convenience of the railroad tracks nextdoor, seriously consider some other apartments and whatever you do, don't live here unless you are evicted from all other places or are homeless.

Thanks for keeping it real paco! Go figure! They used to have these illegal Mex's cut the grass at least 1x a wk! Guess they got deported & the super cheapo landlord that Altman bros. from glenside, can't find others who will work that cheap. So 44B you say? I will have to pay them a visit, knock on their door & cuss them out! See how they like it!!! LOW LIFE SCUM BAGS!!! What about the mice? You did not mention them. LM is notorious for mice & some roaches too but far more mice!!! Lm a MICE place to call home! Clean up your act RAT LORD bros!!!!
