My wife and I checked these apartments out to see what they had to offer. We were given 2 or 3 different apartment numbers to go look at. The first one was on the side where the office was. Nicely maintained and seemed to be pretty decent. The other 2 were on the other side of the tracks. Now I see where the saying comes from about living on the wrong side of the tracks. If you live on the side opposite from the office you seem to get the bad side. I have seen less mattress's in a mattress store. There are alot laying not in the dumpsters but beside them. At one place there is even a couch sitting out that looks like its been there for months. There is trash everywhere. If they have someone that keeps up the grounds they better rethink about giving them their next paycheck.
I wanted to go back and ask the office staff when the last time was that they actually went on the other side because I would be embarrassed to send people over there who I was hoping would sign a lease. That entire side is a eyesore. I can't believe the tenants don't say anything unless they are and nothing is being done about it. Needless to say I do not think I will be sending in the rest of my paperwork but will be looking elsewhere.

This review is totally true. I am a past resident who got out of our lease early due to the poor up-keep and junkie neighbors. The management does NOTHING!!!!

Exactly. I lived on the wrong side of the tracks. They never went over there. We had drug dealers! They lived on either side of me. It was insane. We constantly complained to the staff, but it took months for them to do anything about it. To top it off, I was about to have a baby and these people were dealing drugs right in front of baby's room, not to mention smoking pot! I had to walk through clouds of it to get to my apartment. I'm getting mad al over again just thinking about it. Grr.
Anyway, smart choice on looking elsewhere. I recommend looking in the paper or on Craig's List. A lot of times people rent nice houses/splits for a decent price. You get more for the money and you don't have to worry about shady neighbors.

Face it the Altman Bros. who own this heap are rat lords! I too ceked it out & it was a bomb! Sounds to me like the bad side of the tracks is a haven for druggies BUT I bet some good people live their too & they are paying the price & not just HIGH RENT!!!! Bottom line: Make some noise, call the police, call county & tell them about this slime ball outfit that runs this rat trap!!!

Drug dealers..hahaha. that was a presumption if I ever heard one, and obviously by someone who doesn't buy drugs who couldn't possibly make that assumption. You have to buy drugs to be abler to point out someone selling them. The mattresses are from people moving out and maintenance throwing them on the curb. It is trashy but then again THIS IS DELAWARE COUNTY... SUBURB OF PHILLY, what exactly are you expecting? People in this corner of the state have no respect for other people nor themselves and they are willing to pay 900 hundred something to live in an apartment complex. I got stuck here because of my job. I will be moving as soon as possible.
