Good starter apartment, but not past that

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
I lived here right after college with a roommate. The price was pretty good for us, but the walls were thin and except for the summer it was always cold. Bug and mouse issues. Parking wasn't great, but it wasn't awful. I've had a lot worse. Kitchen and bathroom were pretty good, and having SEPTA right there was great. Easy access to airport. Good place for starting out, but I wouldn't go back now.
