Where should I start.. Lets start with the fleas, racoons and mice there are plenty of them and they will never go away. Forget about maintenance or pest control not going to happen.

Then there are the crazy neigbhors whose faces change but not because of the millions of complaints to management but when they fail to pay rent. Oh yes and did I miss the resident peeping tom' Yes there is a man who runs around at all hours of the night looking into peoples windows with no pants on and despite numerous complaints to management and the fact that he has been identified as a tenant nothing has been done. (So if you are a woman or anyone with children I would highly not recommend this complex)

Hmmmm what else about this place. The rent goes up and the services go down with each passing year. Nothing is ever repaired.

What a sad a@# place!!1! I think you said it all! YES, the rent keeps going up & place gets shabbier!!!!! Should be called Laurel Bad Manners
