While older, these apartments certainly aren't bad. Parking is generally pretty good, considering there is a very large lot in the back. Mangement is pretty helpful and very nice. Maintenance problems are fixed in a timely manner. These apartments sit on Rt. 65 and, not counting traffic during peak times, you can make it into the city in about 15 minutes. It's also convenient to the Sewickley Bridge and lots of shopping. There is no central air, which is a bummer in the summer time but it's nice and warm in the winter due to the radiators. It's generally quiet - I have noisy and obnoxious neighbors but rarely see or hear any body else.

All-in-all, the apartments are pretty nice. The second bedroom in the two-bedrooms is really small - much better suited to an office or something. Plenty of closet space, though.

Cost isn't out of line. They run specials occasionally and you can get a really good deal. You could find worse apartments in the city for more money.
