As others are saying, these apartments have barely enough parking. I live in the units closest to downtown (the south apartments) and we have one large lot in the back. If I come in late at night, I can typically find a spot, but it may be a walk. There are days when I may have to park on the street and then the walk is too far in my opinion.

The staff has been good to work with. They are more than happy to answer questions and work through any problems.

There are a series of train tracks behind the buildings and I can hear/feel the trains going by. Overall, I've grown to not notice this, but it was slightly annoying at first.

The neighbors have been quiet for the most part and not caused any issues. However, most people keep to themselves and it doesn't have a warm community feel to it.

Pets are allowed and although I'm not a owner, they are good about picking up after them.

Security lighting is great, but I have a light that shines into my bedroom window. I ended up purchasing a second set of blinds to prevent the light from getting in.

I live on the top floor and it's always warm there. The air conditioning can help somewhat, but it's just a warm apartment. I can handle this, but others may not.

All repairs have been made timely. My bath tub is chipping and I was told not to worry about it. I'm not sure how I feel about this.

I love the easy access we have to the city. We are close to shopping and with the new Target and soon Wal-mart, it's even closer. The Sewickley Village is also quite nice. We're also very close to I-79 which makes travel very easy.

I wish the mailboxes were larger, but they aren't unbearable. All deliveries can be left at my door which is inside.

There is a space in the basement for storage, which is great. The washer/dryers are typically available when I want them, only a few occasions has there been issues.

The community is mostly college students/young professionals, but there are small families and older singles. However, it's a very quiet place to live and you won't even notice who's living next to you.
