We have been here for a month now and it is so-so. Four people, three bedrooms on the second floor with a room on the first floor converted (I would not suggest doing this). The place was not 100% cleaned before our arival to move in, and still has not been soaped. You can make due and clean some things yourself though - it was not a disaster. Lighting and water is on but it needs to be signed over to your name. Internet, Cable, Etc needs to be handled on your own (they go with Armstrong for both). Again, you will have to clean a little when you get there based on your idea of cleanlyness. There is plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area. Kitchen counter top is a bit small (specially with a microwave sitting on it w/ no room to put elsewhere). Large frige, plenty of cabnet space and a large pantry. Under-steps storage area and hall closet with the furnice. No A/C (I suggest getting a window unit) but there is heating. Close to SRU campus (2-5min walk depending on your pace). There always seems to be a place to park though not always right infront of your door. The outside grounds are very night. A large common area in the middle consists of well kept grass and trees about 20' apart.

I would rent again if they picked up the slack on new arrivals.
