The apt lady there is very unorganized and never knows what was exactly paid and can not give reciepts for the money order or check. She screwed me over terribly by saying one day i owed 50 dollars and that was all, then saying I owed her almost 500 dollars, which she took it out of my roommates security deposit and I had to get a lawyer to take care of it and its still an ongoing battle. I would never ever reccomend these apts, althought they are cheap and decent apts, the staff is not worth the hassle. The office is also supposed to be open from 11-5, good luck ever getting a hold of them during office hours or by phone.
