When my friends and I decided to rent from Montleone apts we thought we had the nicest apt ever and it was gonna be the best year. Wow were we in for a surprise. Before we knew it we were paying fines like crazy, we were all on disorderly probation and in court several times. This would make us sound like crazy party animals, but the thing was we partied no more than any other normal college students. The lanlord, Frank thinks he is the GODFATHER of SRU, and thinks he can do whatever he wants. So if you plan on having to explain yourself to the police every time you have a beer or 2 live here, if not find a better place, it will be worth it. I also agree with the other review, YOU WILL NEVER GET A SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK.
