You will not find a more honest and fair landlord team than Frank and Bonnie at monteleone apartments.They have been in slippery rock for a long time and they have one of the best names in the business. They are in slippery rock daily and work long hours. They had a sign up that said celebrating there 5000 sru tenant. That speaks for it self.These review sites where people write a story about a landlord and they do not have to write their name is a trash system to begin with. I would personally like to say that my place was in perfect condition when I moved in and I got all of my security deposit back. I would also like to add that Monteleone Apartments has a 2 month grace period on loan payment dates which was the only way that I could keep from getting my credit ruined. Also Frank Monteleone got out of bed at 2:00 am and drove from his home to my apartment and let me in because all of my roommates were home for the weekend abd I locked my key in the room. All landlords charge 25-50 dollars for this. Mr Monteleone told me that he never charged anyone in his 18 year landlord career for a lockout. He joked and said if you see me walking along the road if I run out of gas please pick me up. I say do your homework and go direct to a Monteleone tenant and ask them and ask slippery rock borough officials who has good reputations and watch the Monteleones in action during apartment turn over season,etc and see for yourself what kind of devoted people they are. To the people who wrote the negative reviews you are the trash. I bet you partied so hard you ruined the carpet if you did not get your deposit back or maybe you put holes in the walls,etc. If I was to bet the other person probably spent their rent money on beer and the Monteleones had to get nasty with them
