The Apartment Store manages the buildings now and they have to be one of the worst management companies. They are so cheap that they refuse to plow unless there is two inches of snow (and they wait until there is 4)!
The walls are paper thin so every door opening or closing in any adjacent apartment is heard.
There is a club house that isn't even near my apartment complex and residents have to pay to use this facility!
Parking is atrocious, especially after they had a bright idea of giving every resident a visitor parking pass. Now, the majority of the parking lot is full of visitors. Residents can no longer find a parking place.
For over four hundred dollars, staying here is a rip off. I don't know anyone who is happy with living here, on campus housing looks better and better every day. On campus housing costs more but at least the university plows the residents out when it snows.
