I've lived at South Rock Apartments now for two years, and I enjoy it very much. It is very nice to have your own room, and the size of the aparment is comfortable for four people. If I have ever had a problem here it has been taken care of very efficiently and quickly. Jen Smochek has been very kind and helped me out with all of my problems. She always seems to be very busy, but always helps me with whatever problems that I have. She also makes me feel like I'm at home when I walk into the office, so most of time that I am in there I end up staying more than I have too. South Rock Apartments are very nice places and I would recommend living here. The people that work here are very kind and helpful, and the actual apartments are are a nice place to live.

I think that this is Joyce. I overheard one of the office workers talking on her cell phone while smoking outside. I heard her say that "we need to get our numbers up on apartmentratings . . . I can't stand working here" and so on. I hated the warm months when I opened my window just to inhale her smoke and listen to her conversations about how much her job sucks.

That is funny, when Jen worked here I thought she was the only one that actually got things done around here. Some people like you just like to complain! Yeah I saw her smoke but she was behind the office never around the apartments, I saw her and used to stop and chat for a little while. You people crack me up, grow up and stop whining! They do or atleast did what they could around here, have you people realized this is college housing not a condo in the bahama's, get a grip!
