South rock did not help with anything the entire time that I lived there. Horrible, rude staff that are not helpful with anything. I always had my check in on time but when I had a complaint they didn't want to hear it. I still haven't received my security deposit either even though I moved out over one month ago! I guess they lost that too like they lost all of my maintenance requests!
