South Rock apartments are awesome apartments the rent is not bad and the apartment itself is great for college students however, the staff from the apartment store is GARBAGE!! The staff has no respect for renters whatsoever, there are several times that the staff just walks in our apartment without knocking or calling. We have nothing to hide but, who knows when you could be in the shower and someone is in your apartment. They are extremely unhelpful and lie. Literally, the worst renting experience of my life. It sometimes feels like they are actively trying not to be helpful, like it is corporate policy. Aparently, they lost my rent check and refuse to find it and come up with every excuse on why they cant or are too busy to help their renters out. Honestly, i would never recomend anyone live here unless you are prepared to deal with extremely rude people and have lots of problems with the money your paying to live there.
