Landlord is impossible to get a hold of!!!!!, I have been on hold for hours at her main building while she is out on lunch to complain about broken appliances that never get fixed. she manages a lot of buildings. Look out for what you're getting yourself into, I lived next to a lady who was hoarding atleast 11 cats! We lived at the beginning of the complex and the maintanence guy and lawn keepers always parked in our parking space like it was their own.
