First of all, I will give you the good.
My stay started very nice, I got along well with the neighbors, it seemed quite cozy living close to privately maintained area until a few months in. First, It is a huge problem getting ahold of the landlord there (as the previous comments suggested). The basement/"game room" was infested with bugs( yeah ew'). Secondly, the groundskeeper let himself into my apartment, without any notice and began showing it 5 months in advance to potential tenants. I woke up to 3 "future" tenants in my bedroom when I was nearly dressed! What a joke, he claimed he had left a note, which wasnt possible because I was there the day before, when he claimed to of left it, and said I must of just missed it. Also, she(landlord) hires creepy people to cut/maintain grass outside who; on several occasions; I had found peeping through my windows and going through my garbage out on the back deck. Very weird. I would not recommend this place to anyone, Please beware.
