I am a current resident and was approached by tenants while moving in about all of the changes going on at this property. As your lease is renewed you are required to begin paying estimated usage on utilities that are/had been included with your rent. There are no meters so they estimate usage based on the sq. footage of your apt. and how many people occupy the apt. If I had been given this information I would not have moved into this property so that I would be putting myself in a position that I can't afford. I made a point to ask prior to my lease being signed to ask how much the increases are from year to year and was told by Gina " $5-$10/mos". These new policies were already in place with current tenants and new tenants were not made aware even when asked. This is a very unfortunate thing for alot of people. I am so afraid of the increased cost. We will have to pay for estimated usage and also fees to the company that will us for this "service". They don't care about their tenants! They just want their apts rented..end of story.
