It might,at first,seem like a great deal in renting one of these apartments(with the convenient location and low rent)but it is not worth the hassles!After only living here for 6 months,I can tell you I am certainly going to look elsewhere at the end of my year lease.
The buildings are not in the best condition,to say the least;and anytime you do need something fixed,be prepared to wait.As the previous person said,there is only one maitenance guy(who is never around)and noone returns your phone calls.Even in the event of a maintenance emergency,there is only a pager number for you to call and just hope that you get a response.
So in summary,resist the urge to rent at these apartments and just spend the extra money in rent a month somewhere else!
