Do not rent from these people. They will NEVER help you with anything, they will find any reason to keep your security deposit so don't expect to get that back, there is a major stinkbug problem that can not be taken care of because even if you get the apartment sprayed, there are so many holes and the windows don't fit the frame that they will just keep coming. Be prepared to kill about 25-50 a day (and they don't kill easily.) Like the previous people said these people do not ever answer their phone and don't ever call you back. I could have had a nicer apartment (and probably less bugs!) if I sent up a cardboard box outside.
