Great Place. I hated to leave

When I first moved to PA, Rolling Green was my frist apartment. I couldn't have been happier with the situation there. The landlord, Keith, was about as nice as they come.
The apartments were layed out well, maintained without complaint from me in the year and a half I was there and had only 4 units to a building.
The only reason I left was to be closer to my workplace in Malvern. Other features that would have been nice would have been if they accepting pets (even if it was just cats), central air (window units are a little pricey to run) and a washer/dryer in the units. But sharing a coin-op in the basements of the building with only 3 other families wasn't that bad.
The only noise I really ever heard was in the Summer since it's right on Rt. 1
