LIVED THERE WITH NO PROBLEMS I lived at Marple for over a year untill i bought my house and had no problems.Its actually very well priced for the area.Not luxurious,but a good value.Sounds like a disgruntled Ex-tenant with sour grapes trying to slander the place.Its clean and neat with good
