I subletted in Alexander Court for the spring and summer of 2003 and was very pleased with the apartment. AW & Sons furnishes the apartments nicely; I had new leather couches that were great. The hallways and elevator were much cleaner than common areas in other downtown apartments, and it was apparent that the management actually cared about the residents.
Similar to Beaver Hill or Cedarbrook, but I found there were fewer parties in Alex Court and it was much quieter than the other two; I did face away from Beaver Ave. though.
